Agricultural Engineer, with a master's degree in Operations and Logistics Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a Diploma in Innovation from the PUC. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Chief of Staff of the Undersecretary of Agriculture, managing to enhance management skills in modernization and innovation issues. Likewise, as Deputy Director in the Agricultural and Livestock Service, he developed leadership skills, process optimization and management of financial and human resources. In the private sector, he has served as Community Manager of Minera Yamana Gold, incorporating skills in project management and leveraging state and private resources, thanks to a permanent commitment and a great vocation for social service. He was also an Army Officer.
