Agricultural engineer with a major in administration, he also has a Master's in Financial Management from the UAI and a Diploma in Innovation from the PUC. Domingo has held managerial positions in both the public and private sectors, highlighting his ability to lead autonomous teams, oriented to meeting goals under pressure, in which he has been characterized by promoting motivation, planning and innovation. Highlights his time as Production Manager in Tomaval in charge of 17 Ha of greenhouses with climate control, as well as in the company Huertos Carolina where he led the development and implementation of the new strategic plan and the process of renegotiation of liabilities. Finally, in his management as Operations Subdirectorate in the Agricultural and Livestock Service, he led a team of more than 3,500 people, with budgets that exceed $100,000 million, achieving savings of $3,500 million annually.
