PUC Agricultural Engineer, Master of Science from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Advisor and executor of projects, who has stood out for his role in the development of programs and strategies for international organizations such as the WTO, OECD, APEC, FAO, IICA, among others. He has experience leading professional teams in both the public and private sectors, and has also worked as a professor at the Faculty of Agronomy at PUC, carrying out academic teaching and research activities, linking the university with the productive sector and with the state through different innovation projects.

Gustavo stands out in his professional career in his roles as Director of the Office of Agricultural Studies and Policies (ODEPA), belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, he has also served as Director of Codesser and Development Manager and Secretary General of the National Society of Agriculture (SNA) and in recent years has advised both companies and public bodies.
